About the Project

• the investment includes the construction of three multi-family residential buildings (basements) with built-in garages and a change of use of the existing office building to a multi-family building, along with the construction of parking lots and a front fence in Czeladź at Nowopogońska 98 Road.

• Buildings Area 3436.28m2

The assumptions utility program include:

• existing office building – Block 01 – changing the use of the building to a multi-family residential building, consisting of:
  – 24 1, 2 and 3-room apartments located on 4 existing floors of the building with a hall, staircase and elevator
  – recreation room – Housing estate gym located in the basement with a separate entrance, sanitary and social rooms
  – a preschool center with rooms for children
• Newly designed 3 residential buildings
  – Block 02, Block 03, Block 04 consisting of:
  -36 apartments, one, two, three and four rooms located on 4 floors of buildings.
  – basement – entirely intended for an underground garage
